Schools & Institutions: Purchase orders will be accepted. All orders will be invoiced and shipped at prices prevailing at time of shipment. Terms are net 30 days. Shipping and handling charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice.
Orders from individuals: Orders must be prepaid. Complete the order form (PDF) and mail it with a check, money order, or credit card information. Orders being prepaid by credit card can be faxed to 888-589-0002. Include 10% of subtotal for shipping and handling (minimum $5.00). Individuals in North Carolina, include 7% of subtotal for sales tax.
